I love smoothie king, Gaven was very nice and made my smoothie perfectly! I have one complaint, the lobby and overall appearance of this location need to be cleaned. When i initially walked in the lobby chairs and couches are covered in scum and dirt, it made me want to cancel my order due to lack of cleanliness. I’m asking as a consumer to please address this issue.

did an online order and got charged for it but the store says they didn’t have it. Showed my order on my phone and the charge on the card, and the person on the register refused to do my order and had an attitude about it. My dad died today and i just Wanted a smoothie. I ended Up just walking out without anything but a distain for the customer service here and how they handled the situation. Made the day worse for me.

Store door stays closed all the time! The door is always locked. If you want to get in the wait time is 15-20 minutes before an employee acknowledges you.

I'm a faithful Smoothie King customer. I generally hit the one in Allen Park. I went to the Livonia one & it was absolutely disgusting in there. There was a smell & it was literally filthy inside. It hasn't been mopped/swept in awhile. Never going back there. Yuck!!!

Couldn't even order through drive thru bc employees have the radio blaring. Had to come in to order. Super loud!!! I love music but time and place for it. Very rude employees will never come back! Hard to find good workers.!!
